Project "Alegria"
This visualization features a base (i.e., the existing architecture) that needed to be updated in the company's style, incorporating branded accents such as orange balconies. The project utilizes simple materials and LED strip lighting.
Here is the initial plan on which the project was based. Since there are no recreational areas nearby, the author created one on the rooftop. The space includes a BBQ area, a dining area, a children's relaxation zone, and lounge chairs.
According to the plan, the lower rooms were purchased to create storage spaces for each apartment.
Concept of the building in Modernism style
A small house in a modern, minimalist style called High-Tech, designed using black marble and white-gray accents for a light and subtle aesthetic.
Budget renovation of a one-bedroom apartment
This is how the client wanted their apartment to look, with furniture placement taken into account. At the client's request, a partition was removed to expand the kitchen area.
